An experienced Special school and mainstream teacher I took early retirement. I was a consultant on Equality and Race for the F.A. National workshops on Equality. I currently run my own consultancy company delivering in Education to a number of schools as well as having worked in Football Coach Education, Football Foundation Kickz Project, Safeguarding Children and Equality. I have delivered courses for Professional Clubs, Prisoners, Disability groups as well as Young Offenders.

I have been a Coach Educator for nearly 30 years. During this time, I have run coach educator courses for Essex, Middlesex as well as Hertfordshire. I was the Lead Coach Education Tutoring for Chelsea, Spurs, West Ham and Charlton Athletic at Level 2. I have experience of coaching at a number of London clubs and was Director of Academy Satellite for Charlton Athletic 1996-2000. Since 2000, I have directed centres of Development, as well as provided coaching, for Wimbledon, West Ham and Tottenham Hotspur F.C, - as well as holding the position of Fulham F.C Talent and Identification Regional Manager.

I coached at both Non League and Leyton Orient Ladies F.C, and later moved on to the role of Assistant to the Director of Coach Education courses for UEFA ‘A’ and ‘B’ for the FAI. I have since started my own company that deals with Coach Education for football, as well as offering schools In Service Training. As a result, opportunities provided by Includingsport Ltd include First Aid Training and Coach Education nationally for the Football Foundation and Gibraltar. I have worked with Spurs Mencap and several other Disability groups. As a Safeguarding Children Tutor, I was part of the working party that wrote the current Safeguarding Children Resource book.  I was honoured to be picked to deliver Mental Health Awareness workshops Nationally to Professional Football Clubs, Academies, Higher Education Establishments as well as schools and Education groups.

As an experienced Special Needs teacher, who has worked in all spheres of Special Needs, and a Coach Educator, I have been directly involved in working with people who often find the current programmes difficult.

Includingsport Ltd is currently delivering Mental Health Awareness  to various organisations. Having developed a Mental Health Online programme in association with OCB Media, https://mha.hark2dev.com, and  Working with the LTA and with the PGA, I am running pilot workshops with a view to delivering Nationally. I have been involved with Industry Qualifications (IQ) to develop and produce Level 1,2 and 3 Nationally Recognised courses for Mental Health Awareness.
